Prenatal & Perinatal Massage
Prenatal massage and perinatal massage are also commonly referred to as Pregnancy massage. Perinatal refers to any time “around the birth.” This includes before, during and after the baby is born. Therapists certified in pregnancy massage have been trained in the proper positioning and techniques that are to be used to safeguard the health of the baby and the mother. Pregnancy massage sessions are usually 60 minutes long.
